Frank F. Weber, MS/LP, Clinical Director
Frank F. Weber provides supervision for mental health professionals seeking licensure or licensed professionals wanting to continue their professional development. Frank will work with you to formulate a supervision experience that is tailored to what you need to be effective professionally.
Frank F. Weber, MS/LP is the Clinical Director of CORE Professional Services, PA, an outpatient mental health facility, since 1994. He has authored six workbooks which address sex offender treatment and sexual addiction. He has presented at national and state psychological conventions, been published in a psychological journal, and is a professor of college Developmental Psychology and Social Problems courses (on a part-time basis since 1986).

Crystal Anthony, MS/LPCC, Clinic Manager
Crystal Anthony graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling a Master of Science Degree in Community Counseling. Crystal has been working with people who have caused sexual harm and has been a Department of Corrections (DOC) approved treatment provider since December 2011. Crystal believes a collaborative approach is essential in order to assist clients in creating lasting changes. She provides therapeutic services for couples, families and individual clients. Providing therapeutic services to couples is an area Crystal is passionate about as she is able to provide honest and equal support for each person in the relationship while helping create lasting change within. Crystal is a Board of Behavioral Health Approved Supervisor who provides supervision to clinicians working toward licensure. Crystal enjoys working with new clinicians as they are in the beginning of their professional development and provide a fresh outlook with an eagerness toward the field.
Shelby Kirkwold, MS, LPCC, LADC, Internship Coordinator
Shelby Kirkwold is a Department of Corrections approved Sex Offender Treatment Counselor. Shelby has been a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor since 2016 and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor since 2020. Shelby graduated with her Master of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Shelby provides individual and group therapy services in Willmar and Sartell. Shelby completes psychosexual, anger, parenting, domestic violence, and psychological assessments for adults and adolescents along with parent/child interaction observations. Additionally, she is the Internship Administrator for the Sartell and Brainerd locations as well as traveling programs in those areas. An area that Shelby is interested in, is working with clients who have substance use concerns and trauma.
Cost
Individual Supervision: $80 per hour, which can be split by two individuals ($40 per hour)
Group Supervision: $50 per hour
Group Supervision: $50 per hour
